Nationwide, Conveyancing Panels

The Nationwide unannounced that any conveyancing firm or solicitors with a conveyancing department will be removed from their panel if they have no completed cases in the last 12 months. This once again is bad news for smaller high-street solicitors and conveyancing firms.
The nationwide insists that this decision has being made to protect themselves and clients with mortgages, from mortgage fraud and negligence. Posted: 27 January 2012
